    The Centre for Public Policy and Good Governance (CPPGG) at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University (DBRANLU), Sonepat, in knowledge partnership with the Indian Law Institute (ILI), Delhi and Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Parishad, Haryana, is organizing a National Conference on the Indianisation of Legal System on 20th April 2025. This academic conclave seeks to create a vibrant platform for discussing the relevance and integration of India's ancient jurisprudential principles with contemporary legal reforms.

    Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University (DBRANLU), Sonepat, in collaboration with the Indian Law Institute (ILI), Delhi, and Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Parishad, Haryana, has announced the National Conference on the Indianisation of Legal System. The event aims to foster a national dialogue on integrating indigenous legal philosophies with contemporary Indian jurisprudence.

    The conference presents a unique opportunity for scholars, legal professionals, and students to critically engage with India's rich legal heritage, the newly enacted criminal codes—Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam—and the evolving use of legal technology in judicial processes.

    • Theme: Bridging Bharatiya Nyaya Shastra with Modern Legal Systems
    • Objective: To revisit and integrate ancient Indian jurisprudence with modern legal reforms and technological advancements.
    • Special Focus: Role of SUPACE and SUVAS in legal adjudication; restorative justice in new criminal laws.
