Call For Papers: National Research Conference On Corporate Law & Governance [CorpCon 2025] At NALSAR

The Second Edition “National Research Conference” is being organised jointly by ICSI-CCGRT and NALSAR University of Law - CCCL and Department of Management Studies in the arena of corporate laws and governance. The “Developments and Trends in Corporate Laws and Governance” conference is a gathering of Company Secretaries, Advocates, legal experts, scholars, industry leaders, corporate professionals and policymakers who are at the forefront for excellence in corporate governance.

Keynote Speeches: Experts and thought leaders will deliver keynote speeches, providing insights into the issues and trends in corporate law and governance.

Panel Discussions: Panels of experts and practitioners will engage in discussions on various themes of corporate law and governance, bringing out diverse perspectives and solutions to complex challenges.

Research Paper Presentations: Researchers and scholars will present their latest findings, offering a dive into emerging areas of interest within corporate law and finance. This is an opportunity to stay abreast of cutting-edge research.

The outcome of the Conference will be summarised to bring necessary changes in the existing laws to the concerned regulatory authority.
