The NUSRL Journal of Law and Public Policy (ISSN: 2349 9982) is an annual publication of the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi. It is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that serves as a forum for scholarly writing on issues intersecting law, governance, and public policy. The journal aims to encourage academic discourse, policy analysis, and legal reforms through research contributions from scholars, academicians, practitioners, and students from around the world.
The Journal welcomes articles/research papers, case commentaries and book reviews on law and allied areas (it can be an inter-disciplinary study reflecting socio-economic and political ideas or contemporary issues) contributions for possible publication from academicians, practitioners, students of law and allied fields.

NUSRL is committed to advancing legal education and research through innovative curriculum design, academic rigor, and interdisciplinary learning. Categories of Submission
• Research Articles: 5,000–8,000 words (inclusive of footnotes)
• Case Commentaries / Legislative Briefs: 2,500–3,000 words
• Book Reviews: approx. 2,000 words
• All submissions must be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 250 words and 5 keywords.
• Co-authorship up to 2 is permissible.
Formatting & Citation Guidelines
• Format: MS Word (.doc/.docx only)
• Font: Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 spacing; Footnotes size 10, single spacing
• Citation: Bluebook (21st Edition)
• Plagiarism Limit: Not exceeding 10%

Review Process
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review. The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject manuscripts that fail to meet the submission guidelines or academic standards. Selected authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts as per reviewers' comments.
