Nawada Vidhi Mahavidyalaya is a law college in Nawada, Bihar, that was established in 1988. The college is permanently affiliated with Magadh University, Bodhgaya, and recognized by the Bar Council of India. It aims to provide legal education and has two branches.
About the Seminar
The seminar will take place in a hybrid mode (online/offline). The seminar aims to explore the evolving legal frameworks of AI in the Global South, analyze its socio-economic impacts, and foster dialogue among legal scholars, policymakers, and students. It also seeks to equip participants with insights into AI's intersection with constitutional law, intellectual property, and human rights. The seminar will feature special guests and resource persons, including Mr. Manan Kumar Mishra, Chairman of the Bar Council of India, Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sinha (Vice-Chancellor) Dharmasashtra National Law University, Jabalpur, Justice Vinod Kumar Sinha (Chairman), Bihar State Law Commission (Chief Guest), Mr. Ujjawal Kumar Sinha ( Member Secretary), Bihar State Law Commission (Guest of Honour), Prof. (Dr.) Jai Shankar Singh (Vice-Chancellor) Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab (Guest of Honour) and Prof. (Dr.) Ajay Kumar (Professor of Law),

Submission Guidelines
Who can submit: Students, Research Scholars/Faculties/Academicians, Corporate Delegates, and Lawyers.
Rules for the Presentation:
- No abstract or full paper shall be accepted after the last date of submission;
- Participants/Paper Presenters have to register after the payment of required fees;
- For participation, registration is mandatory on confirmation of the participation. Only registered participants will be allowed to take part in Conference;
- All the registered participants will be provided a participation certificate;
Submission Categories: The seminar invites the submission of abstracts and manuscripts (research papers).
How to submit:
1. The abstract (of about 250-300 words, with 7-10 keywords) should be sent as an attachment in a Word file.
2. The following information, in the given format, should be sent along with the Abstract:
- Name of the Participant, Official Designation/Institution Details, Contact number Address and Email ID,
- Title of Abstract.
- Submit your abstract to nawadaaiseminar@gmail.com
3. Guidelines for Paper Submission and Other important Guidelines:
- The title of the paper should be followed by Name, Designation, Name of the Organization / University / Institution and Email address. It is mandatory to mention the Email address, as all future correspondence will be through it;
- Name and details of Co-author, if any;
- Chapterization: Chapter should be in Times New Roman 12 point font and double spaced. The main Title should be in full capitals, bold and centered 12 point font. Sub-titles should be in sentence case, bold and 12 point font. Author's names should be in small capitals.
4. All communication should be emailed at : nawadaaiseminar@gmail.com;
5. Submission of the abstract: A cover letter with the name(s) of the author(s) and address, designation, institution/affiliation, the title of the manuscript and contact information (email, phone, etc.) is compulsory to submit.
6. The title of the Chapter should be followed by Name, Designation, Name of the Organization/ University / Institution and Email address. It is mandatory to mention the Email address, as all future correspondence will be through it;
7. Name and details of Co-author, if any;
8. The paper should be typed in MS WORD format.
9. The paper must be in single column layout with margins justified on both sides;
10. The length of the paper for short Paper below 3,000 words (including footnotes) and long paper not more than 5000 (Including Footnotes)
- Other guidelines - Heading: 14 pt, Center Aligned, Subheadings: 13 pt, Center Aligned , Body Text: 12 pt, Justified Alignment , Footnotes: 10 pt, Left Aligned , Citation Mode: ILI/Bluebook 21st Edition
- Plagiarism Policy: The revised manuscript should not exceed 10% plagiarism. All submissions must have zero AI-generated content and original academic work.
