Mental Health Awareness Lecture Organised By Rotaract Club At HPNLU Shimla

The Rotaract Club of Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla, in collaboration with the Centre for Human Rights and Disability Studies (CHRDS) and under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena, Vice- Chancellor, HPNLU, organised a mental health awareness lecture titled “Let's Talk Mental Health” on the university campus.

The lecture was delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Shiv Nath Ghosh (Retd.), Department of Psychology, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. Dr. Ghosh shared valuable insights into the various dimensions of mental health, underscoring the importance of awareness, empathy, and early intervention. His address was followed by the screening of a thought-provoking documentary film centred on mental health, which resonated deeply with the audience.
