University Of Delhi's Law Centre-II To Organise 9th S.K. Puri Memorial International Moot Court Competition

The Moot Court Society of Law Centre-II, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, will organise the 9th edition of the S.K. Puri Memorial International Moot Court Competition – Justified '25, a platform where intellect, advocacy, and jurisprudence converge. It was established in the memory of Late Shri S.K. Puri, Senior Advocate.

The 2025 edition delves into the theme: the challenges posed to international refugee law by the growing reliance on private military contractors and their intersection with state responsibility. Set against the backdrop of the International Criminal Court, the competition immerses participants in debates surrounding humanitarian principles, accountability of non-state actors, and the evolving nature of armed conflicts.

This year's competition, scheduled for 7th–9th November 2025, has oral rounds, memorial submissions, and the adjudication of issues in line with international law. With awards and accolades awaiting, Justified '25 not only commemorates Shri S.K. Puri's legacy, but also continues to inspire future advocates to pursue justice with integrity, courage, and compassion.
