NLS NMC is one of Asia's ADR tournaments and among the few international competitions that bring together all three formats – Negotiation, Mediation, and Client Counselling. The Negotiation Segment of the XI NLS NMC, organized by the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, will serve as the national qualifier for the International Negotiation Competition (INC) 2026. The winning team from this segment will go on to represent India at the global level. The evaluation panels consist of experienced professionals, academicians, mediators, and legal practitioners who assess participants and provide constructive feedback. Previous editions have featured individuals such as Justice (Retd.) L. Nageswara Rao, Mr. Tejas Karia, and Ms. Bertha Cooper-Rousseau, among others. These expert insights, combined with training sessions led by established figures in the field, aim to support participants in developing a strong foundation in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
