    The Legal Aid and Social Services Committee LSSC, HNLU and Health Shield HNLU organised 7th Aanchal Singh Memorial Blood Donation Camp in the University on March 27, 2025, in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society, Raipur. This initiative highlights HNLU's dedication to social welfare and demonstrates the university's unwavering resolve to foster a healthy and harmonious society.

    Dr. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, Registrar-in-charge, HNLU, welcomed the dignitaries and pointed out the pivotal role played by HNLU in creating awareness in society about blood donation. Dr. Kaumudhi Challa, Convenor of LSSC highlighted the significant contributions of LSSC and HNLU Health Shield in conducting programs on important socio-legal issues. Dr. Satya Narayan Pandey, representing the Indian Red Cross Society in Raipur, pointed out the significance of blood donation and dispelled many myths and misconceptions relating to this issue. He motivated the young students of law who are the nation's future to come forward and donate blood, which is one of the noblest deeds capable of saving lives. This was followed by a question-answer session in which Dr. Satya Narayan Pandey clarified the doubts of the students.

    After the presentation, the Blood Donation Camp commenced in the Library Hall at HNLU, receiving enthusiastic participation from students, with nearly 50 students enrolling for the event. Over 28 units of blood were collected during the camp. These generous and altruistic actions epitomize the steadfast commitment of the HNLU community towards societal well-being.
