Legal Luminaries Gather At Parul University's Law Conclave 2025 At The Leela Palace In New Delhi

Vadodara-based Parul University's Faculty of Law organised the Law Conclave 2025 at the Leela Palace in New Delhi. A panel of esteemed justices, jurists, senior advocates, policymakers, academics, and thought leaders gathered for the conclave to engage in meaningful discussions on the evolving legal system in today's world.

Held in association with NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors, powered by Fox Mandal, Solicitors & Advocates, Giri & Anand Law Offices LLP & World Leaders Foundation, Legal Affairs & Advocacy -Delhi as law firm/ legal organisation partners, and anovIP & IBC Laws as Knowledge Partner, the event was graced by the presence of Justice R. Mahadevan, Judge, Supreme Court of India, as the Chief Guest and Senior Advocate Pradeep Rai. Insights delivered by both were illuminating and reaffirmed the enduring values of justice, integrity, and legal excellence.

The conclave featured three focused panel discussions on major themes highlighting the evolving world of law. The first session, titled “ Use of AI, Emerging Areas of Legal practice, and governance of Startups in India”, included distinguished panellists Mr. Vivek Kumar Jha, Partner, Fox Mandal Associates & LLP, Mr. Kartik Jain, Partner, Jyoti Sagar Associates, Ms. Juhi Chawla, Partner, Dua Associates, Mr. Varun Pathak, Partner, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and with Ms. Swati Aggarwal, Partner, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas moderating. The second panel addressed “ Predicament in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws” which included Mr Prashant Kumar, Partner, Dua Associates, Ms. Shruti Khanijow, Partner, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Mr. Divyanshu Pandey, Partner, Jyoti Sagar Associates as the panelists and Ms. Nivedita Chauhan, Founder & Managing Partner of NC Legal: Advocates & Solicitors as moderator. The third session, “Time is the essence: Addressing Delays in Indian Arbitration” included the panellists Mr. Vasanth Rajasekaran, Founder of Trinity Chambers, Mr Gauhar Mirza, Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Mr. Sahil Narang, Partner at Khaitan & Co., Mr. Yash Mishra, Founder of Alliance Law Group and Ms. Shefali Roy, Mediator & Arbitrator as the moderator.

The summit concluded with a valedictory ceremony in the presence of Justice N. Kotiswar Singh, Judge, Supreme Court of India, and Justice C. Hari Shankar, Judge, Delhi High Court, whose profound and insightful addresses deeply resonated with the legal minds. Special Guests – Senior Senior Advocate K. N. Balgopal, Advocate General of Nagaland, Senior Advocate Mahalakshmi Pavani, and Senior Advocate S. B.
