Third National Lok Adalat In Gujarat Scheduled For September 13, To Be Held At High Court

The third National Lok Adalat for the State of Gujarat is scheduled for September 13 and will be held at the High Court. 

A notice issued by the High Court Legal Services Committee states:

"As per the guidelines issued by the National Legal Services Authority / Gujarat State Legal Services Authority, 3rd National Lok Adalat is scheduled to be held in the High Court of Gujarat on 13-09-2025 (2nd Saturday) on the below mentioned subjects..."

These subjects are:

• Criminal Compoundable Offences
• NI Act cases under Section 138
• Money Recovery Cases
• MACT Cases
•  Labour and Employment dispute cases
•  Electricity, Water Bills and other bill payment cases (excluding non compoundable)
• Matrimonial disputes (except divorce)
• Land Acquisition cases
•  Services matters relating to pay and allowances and retiral benefits
•  Revenue Cases (pending in High Court only)
• Other civil cases (such as rent, easmentary rights, injunction suits, specific performance suits) etc.

"The High Court of Gujarat is contemplating to hold the National Lok Adalat on the above-mentioned subjects, specified by NALSA for the matters pending in the High Court of Gujarat, on 13-09-2025. Advocates / concerned parties, interested to place their pending matters for settlement of dispute in the ensuing National Lok Adalat, are requested to contact the office of High Court Legal Services Committee at the below mentioned address / e-mail at legalaid-hcguj@nic.in along with the particulars of their matters on or before 12-09-2025. All are requested to co-operate and participate in the National Lok Adalat," the notice adds.
