      1. 10% quota for reservation needs to be restored to 25% as originally recommended in the 2022 judgment

      2. minimum qualification for examination- 3 years of service

      3 and 4 issue- quota for meritorious candidate for civil judge- 10% for promotion for civil judge (junior division)
