Harish Salve : Desai has cited a case which reminds us that when a person great injustice, technicalities cannot come in way. My petition raises issues of violations of Article 21 and 19(1)(a).

Salve : We are seeing great responsibility when the Police Commissioner is giving press conferences.

Kamat refers to a judgment. There has to be some responsibility while making allegations.

Gupte : To release the man (Arnab Goswami) right now when the investigation is pending is an injustice to the victim. Let him follow proper procedure under Section 439 CrPC.
