I am asking for the bail application to be heard in the afternoon, maximum tomorrow.
It won't take much time, as far as I am concerned. Why should my liberty be kept so far as I am concerned?

Desai - The bail application was only rejected for lack of jurisdiction.
This application is for bail of a man where admittedly the punishment is maximum only one year.

Considering the peculiar facts of this case..he is probably the only person without recovery or any other material.
