CJI: Let Mr Siva Kumar Tripathi come. Inform him. Inform both Advocates who wrote the letter.

CJI: This was a letter written by 2 advocates. We directed Registry to list it as PIL, they listed it as suo moto case. However, it doesn’t matter. There was some confusion. Call these two advocates. 

Some Advocate is overheard arguing in a different court.

Dr Sharma: I’m appearing for intervenors, Lordships have taken cognisance of all 8 deaths. Acc to my information a journalist has also died
