Plea For Declaring Results Of CLASS XII Private Patrachar And 2nd Compartment Exam And Change Date Sheet: Live Updates From Supreme Court

Supreme Court adjourns to Monday plea seeking directions to #CBSE to declare results & change date sheet of Class XII Private, Patrachar & 2nd Compartment Students to ensure that proposed exams will not clash with other exams.

Justice Khanwilkar: Let him (counsel for AICTE) appear with instructions. Time is as it is running against all of you.

Bench to Petitioner Counsel: You should’ve served the standing counsels, we had given you the liberty to do that.

Bench: Petitioner to take steps to serve advanced copy to All India Council For Technical Education. List on Monday. 

Bench: The relief can’t be granted as there is already an assurance by CBSE that results will be declared.

Mishra: All India Council For Technical Education is already taking admissions.

Bench: There are 2 matters before us. First is for declaring results of Class 12 private, patrachar, 2nd is compartment students. Are those exams conducted?

Kumar: They are halfway conducted.

Kurup: If CBSE gives a firm date, there is enough time.

Adv Rupesh Kumar for CBSE: last date for exam is 16th sept and results will be declared by 30th Sept, we’ve already said that. The schedule was approved by this court.
