The Supreme Court will hear today the bail petitions of Umar Khalid, Sharjeel Imam, Gulfisha Fatima, Meeran Haider and Shifa Ur Rehman in the Delhi riots larger conspiracy case.
The Delhi police has opposed the grant of bail, saying petitioners are playing "victim card" after deliberately delaying the trial.
A bench comprising Justice Aravind Kumar and Justice NV Anjaria is hearing the matter.
On Friday, the Court had heard the arguments of Umar Khalid, Gulfisha Fatima and Sharjeel Imam.
Today, the bench of Justices Aravind Kumar and NV Anjaria will hear the other three accused and also the Delhi Police.
