SCL-India Announces 5th Biennial International Conference On Construction Law & Arbitration

For nearly a decade, SCL-India has been at the forefront of shaping dialogue on construction law and arbitration in India. Each of the four previous editions, held in 2017, 2019, 2021, and 2023, has been a landmark event, attracting over 350 participants, including sitting judges, arbitrators, experts, senior legal practitioners, and engineers from across the world. The 2025 conference marks another significant milestone.Over three days, New Delhi will serve as a global forum for thought leaders, policymakers, academics, engineers, and practitioners who continue to redefine the practice of construction law.

From rethinking contractual risk allocation to strengthening dispute-resolution systems, and from integrating sustainability into project execution to adopting global best practices in construction arbitration, the conference will invite delegates to engage deeply with the challenges and opportunities of our time. It will also celebrate India's emerging position as a global hub for construction arbitration, reflecting the country's growing infrastructure ambitions and its commitment to legal excellence. The 2025 edition carries this spirit forward with renewed purpose, envisioning a future where construction law becomes not just a tool of resolution, but an instrument of progress.

More than 50 speakers of international repute, including 25+ distinguished foreign experts and sitting judges, will address the three-day event, offering diverse insights on the future of construction disputes in India and beyond.
