Essential Qualification and Experience

• Regular full-time two-year MBA/MSW/Post Graduate Degree / Diploma or equivalent with Specialization in HR/Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/Labour welfare.

• Candidate holding additional degree in Law (LL.B.) will be preferred.

• Minimum 20/22 Years post qualification experience in HR. The incumbent in the role of Head of Human Resources will hold full responsibility for leading and managing entire HR function.

• He should be well versed with Policy Formulation & implementation, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Compliances, Industrial Relations, Succession Planning Disciplinary Matters, Training & Development, Wage & Salary administration, Establishment Matters including Reservation policy, Liaisoning with experience with Statutory Authority.

• The candidate should be able to drive capacity building through innovative learning and development initiates.
