Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) is mandatory.
A Degree or Diploma in Journalism will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate / Financial / Business reporting, along with additional experience in editorial roles
Strong understanding of corporate laws, financial markets, regulatory bodies (SEBI, RBI, MCA, NCLT/NCLAT, etc.).
Prior experience in writing, editing, or managing business-legal content will be preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead and curate coverage of corporate legal developments, company law, securities, IBC, taxation, mergers & acquisitions, and related domains.
Supervise and edit reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and editorial quality.
Coordinate with reporters, legal correspondents, and contributors.
Develop exclusive and insightful stories that shape discussions in the corporate legal ecosystem.
Contribute to LiveLaw's expansion into business and corporate legal journalism.
Skills & Attributes
Strong legal and editorial acumen.
Excellent command over English and legal writing.
Ability to simplify complex corporate law issues for wider readership.
