25 July (Friday): Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005

About the Faculty

Justice K. Abraham Mathew (Retd.) brings to this course a wealth of judicial wisdom and academic depth. A law graduate from Law College, Thane (University of Bombay), he joined the Kerala Judicial Service in 1988 and rose through the ranks to become a permanent judge of the Kerala High Court. His service includes key positions such as:
