• Minimum 05 years of experience as an Advocate/ Lawyer in the High Court or other courts under its jurisdiction or minimum 05 years of relevant work experience in a Government/ Local Self-Government institution is relevant.

• Passed the official M.S.C.I.T examination conducted by Maharashtra State Board of Higer and Technical Education, Mumbai.

• Knowledge of Marathi language is required.
