Advocate Shiva Tiwari is the Founder of TS Legal and a practicing advocate who appears before Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and District Courts. He passed his Graduation from Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University. His publications, legal research and advocacy have brought insights to current issues in contemporary constitutional law, criminal jurisprudence, and the use of technology in courts of law. With a vision to bridge academia and practice, he brings together scholars and practitioners to reflect on the evolving intersections of law, technology, and humanity.
