National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi, through its Centre for Resea in Alternative Dispute Resolution (CRADR), is organising the 1st Annual Conclave on International Trade, Investment and Dispute Resolution on May 24, 2025. The Conclave is bringing together leading voices in the field to discuss India's evolving role in global trade, investment, and dispute settlement.

This year's theme – “Recalibrating Path: India at the Crossroads of International Trade, Investment and Dispute Resolution” aims to spotlight India's shifting position in the global legal order, especially in the context of free trade agreements (FTAs), bilateral investment treaties (BITs), and withdrawal of arbitration clauses from public procurement contracts.

The event will feature insightful sessions by eminent speakers, including:

Session 1

Speaker: Mr. Shravan Yammanur, Dentons Link Legal 

Theme:  The End of the Old Order: Navigating India's Post-Termination Treaty Path

Session 2

Speaker: Mr. Garv Malhotra, Skywards Law

Theme:  Tariff Tensions and Trade Talks: Charting India's Role in a Recalibrated Global Order
