Kerala Bar Council has recently published the list of advocates enrolled between 2010 and 2015 who have not passed All India Bar Examination. 1157 advocates are named in the list.
As per the All-India Bar Examination Rules, 2010, all advocates who have passed LLB after 2010 are required to pass the AIBE within 2 years of enrollment to continue their practice. The BCI has directed all the State Bar Council to enforce the rule.
Any advocate having any objection towards their inclusion in the list is directed to inform the Secretary of the State Bar Council within a month.
