Lex Gazette Academy has announced the National Article Writing Competition 2025, a prestigious academic initiative aimed at fostering a culture of research, intellectual engagement, and interdisciplinary dialogue among students, academicians, legal professionals, and young scholars across India.

The competition is designed to encourage participants to critically examine and articulate perspectives on pressing legal issues that intersect with social sciences, business studies, and allied disciplines. Through this initiative, Lex Gazette Academy aims to foster analytical thinking, promote scholarly writing, and provide a dynamic platform for meaningful academic expression.

Participants are invited to submit original and well-researched articles that demonstrate depth, clarity, and innovation in addressing contemporary legal challenges and developments. The competition serves as a national platform for emerging academic voices, furthering the Academy's mission of bridging theory with practice and cultivating thought leadership in the legal and interdisciplinary domains.

To recognize academic excellence and encourage impactful contributions, the competition offers a prize pool of ₹40,000, along with exclusive publication opportunities in the Lex Gazette International Multidisciplinary Research Journal. Winners will also receive certificates of achievement, while top entries will be featured on Lex Gazette Academy's official digital platforms, ensuring national visibility and recognition.

Participants are invited to submit research papers that explore the dynamic interplay between law and other academic disciplines. This multidisciplinary approach encourages innovative perspectives and diverse analytical frameworks. Suggested themes include, but are not limited to:

· Law, Technology & Artificial Intelligence: Legal regulation of emerging technologies, AI ethics, data privacy, cybersecurity, and algorithmic accountability.

· Law, Environment & Sustainable Development: Legal frameworks for climate action, environmental justice, resource governance, and the SDGs.

· Law, Health & Public Policy: Legal aspects of public health, mental health laws, pandemic response, bioethics, and access to healthcare.

· Law, Economics & Business: Economic analysis of law, corporate governance, market regulation, commercial law, and trade justice.

· Law, Sociology & Gender Studies: Socio-legal analysis of social structures, gender justice, equality rights, and identity-based legal frameworks.

· Law, Media & Communication: Freedom of speech, media regulation, digital platforms, misinformation, and the role of law in shaping discourse.

· Law, Psychology & Criminology: Legal responsibility, forensic psychology, victim rights, criminal behaviour, and rehabilitation law.

· Law, Education & Ethics: Right to education, academic freedom, legal pedagogy, and ethical dilemmas in law and academia.

· Law, Political Science & International Relations: Constitutional law, global governance, international law, diplomacy, and comparative legal systems.

Note: Participants are welcome to propose original topics relevant to the overarching theme of law and multidisciplinary subjects. Unique intersections and contemporary legal issues are especially encouraged.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

· Submission Mode: Articles must be submitted in MS Word format via the provided [Google Form – Click Here to Submit].

· Word Limit: 3,500 to 5,000 words (excluding citations).

· Font: Times New Roman

· Font Size: 12

· Line Spacing: 1.5

· Alignment: Justified

· Headings/Subheadings: Appropriately numbered

· Citation Style: A uniform referencing style must be used throughout the document. The author may choose their preferred citation style.

· Plagiarism Policy: Submissions with more than 15% plagiarism will be disqualified.

· Originality: Only original and unpublished articles will be considered.

· Copyright: Shall remain with Lex Gazette Academy.

· Single Submission Rule for Authors: An individual can submit only one article as the primary (main) author.

· Co-Authorship Allowed: The same individual may be listed as a co-author is limited to 2 articles submitted by others.

Eligibility

· Open to all Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students enrolled in any recognized university, college, school, or institute in India or abroad.

· Co-authorship is allowed for up to one author.

· Cross-institutional collaboration is encouraged—participants may belong to different institutions.

· Registration will be considered complete only after successful payment of the registration fee.

· A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours of verifying the registration and payment.
