RGNUL Advances To World Rounds Of Frankfurt Moot Court 2025

Moot Court Committee RGNUL Punjab announces the achievement of the team comprising Shreya Jindal, Alisha Ahuja, Aditi Priyadarshi and Pareesha Singla who have recently qualified for the World Rounds of 17th Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court Competition, 2025. This marks the first time that Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab has qualified for the World Rounds of this prestigious moot.

In the National Rounds, organised by the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration on 12th April, 2025, the team was among the only three teams that qualified for the International Rounds to be held in Germany from 10th June, 2025 to 13th June, 2025.

The Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court is the oldest and most prestigious student competition in the area of investment protection law. The moot problem of the competition is unique in that it draws on various historical documents and disputes, analysed through the lens of modern international law and trade principles.
